Former ACCC chairman Allan Fels discusses the ACCC launching legal action against supermarket giants Coles and Woolworths.“To me it’s a rather clear breach of the law likely to be upheld by the courts,” Mr Fels told Sky News host Sharri Markson. “And likely to result in high fines.”
